Our story
ColorPlus grew out of more than 8 years caring for short-term rental apartments in Spain, where we have serviced over 3,000 apartments and handle 150 service calls a day. Now we bring that method to Miami, focused on Downtown and Brickell, serving property managers, short-term rental owners and homeowners.
